Help!!!!
So i bought my Rx8 MAY of 2010 and then in July i deployed to Iraq and i came back to the states in january when i came back i went to take it to get its oil changed and it just shut down on me, Mazda said it was the compression rotar. So i gave them my orders so my warrenty would cover the cost to fix it and they said it wont and i have to pay 2800 to fix it out of pocket. I really just want to get rid of it, it has 21,000 miles on it and its an 06 i have 6 grand left on the car. Can anyone tell me how i can get rid of it with out fixing it myself.

please change the title of your thread. You sound like you're in some sort of danger...
Did they tell you why it's not covered under warranty? What issues did it have? Was there any CEL that was triggered?

if you did a compression test and the rotors failed its covered under warranty... they are just screwing around with you.. bring it to another dealer or get the results of your compression test and send that to mazda..

First of all, thank you for serving our country. Anyway, the dealership should have warrantied your car for a new engine, and it's an 06 with 21,000 miles only. They are just bullshitting you and you should fight for it. Try to call the Mazda Headquarters and let them know about your issues, and probably they could resolve this problems. Good luck and i salute you, thank you.

Thank you so much for the advice, my friend owns an Rx8 as well and he told me to come on here. I have been trying to figure this out and i figured they were just screwing with me but i had to get some advice from some other people. He also told me to take it to another dealer and to have them look at it.
