I'm about to purchase a used 04 rx-8 with about 15k miles in it.
I've been reading the threads about flooding and I'm actually quite worried about it. It snows in my place here and sometimes it gets as cold as 20 deg F. I dont have a garage so do you think it'll be a problem? Ill be using the rx8 daily so I probably ill buy winter tires.

I really like the rx-8.. should I go for it? Is flooding a problem for you guys?

I live in the North.

Way north.

Cold as a witches tit, most of the year.

Never flooded, daily driven, over two years.

If you give the throttle a little blip before you shut 'er down, even cold, you should be O.K.
