Help on Starting problem!!!!

Hey guys,
I have 07 grand touring RX-8.
I tried to start my car today, but it won't start.
It looks like a battery problem. For instance, when I took out the jump cables, I could not even close my windows.
So I tried the jump start. However, even 10 mins after, I still could not start the car. It only makes tik tik tik noise, but never start the engine.
Could it be fuse problem?
I heard the tik tik tiking noise from the back of the engine, and sort of tik tik tik noise at the fuse box in right front side of the car.

Please help me guys

I'm not a mechanics.
So a new battery will solve the issue even if my car does not start with jumping start method?

*Your car is 4 yrs old most probably on original battery
*Batteries last 3-4 yrs tops
*Tik noise + windows don't operate is classic no charge in battery
*Jump start cables wont work if battery is completely dead .

Even if you did recharge the battery it's highly likely it won't last much longer anyway so just get a new one .
