I REALLY want two-tone. In yellow/black. And no I won't get bored of it...

You can keep you phenomenal handling, luxury interior, super-smooth rotary engine and optional baby seat - if it doesn't have the two-tone interior I'm not buying it !

Depending on the additional cost of it, I'll have to see. I'd like to get a dark blue and black interior, but if it's going to cost me a grand more I'll say no thanks and go straight black.

We'll see.. might just be thrown in if you get the 250hp version instead of the auto

C'mon, Herc... at least give credit where it's due. I posted that on the 17th under the Check It Out thread, to which you provided a reply. Is your memory that short?

i think i have to call BS on this. you can see that the info on that page was just cut and pasted from the previous (old) design of the page. and the fact that they used the yellow car from the old page with the colored instrument bonnet, which we all know will not be that way, leads me to believe that this is just sloppy, get it done quick, work by one of their advert people.

Well, let's hope zoom44's analysis is off the mark. I know both of us are itching for two colors!

A two tone interior would be really smart, as long as you get to choose the 2nd colour and is not always the same colour as the car's bodywork.

Consder the possibility of two-tone being standard and mono-tone leather being an option...Maybe???

For me; slilver with red and black inside. No. It's not a pimpmobile!

Blue and black for me, on a blue car.

Better damn well be a DEEP blue. I like the Mazda6 Pacific Blue, and as far as I know that's available on the RX-8, so that's where I'll be :D

I think that this just reflects how the interior is on the yellow prototype, I don't think that this is necessarily how the production version will end up.

Titanium silver with Black/Red interior would be damn tasty though.

Ah well, just 2 1/2 more months (NAIAS) until all these questions are answered...

The red Sevenstock RX-8 has no two tone and it's closer to production than the yellow one..

C'mon two tone!

I often find myself gazing off into the distance and seeing a dark blue RX-8 with a black interior, and some nice camel/khaki inserts. Will the lack of two tone keep me from buying the car? No. But will it make a cool car that much more so? Ummm yes.
