Hi, I Hope im welcomed!
Hello RX-8 Owners,
Im from 350z motoring.com and i own a 04 350z. I love the RX-8 and my friends getting a black one in 3 months. I wanna learn more about the RX-8 and hopfulley join you all on this looks like to be a wonderful forum. I hope all of you wont mind me joining your forum. Take Care

When I first got my 1st gen RX-7 and my buddy had his 240Z we just really enjoyed each other's cars and had a great time playing around with both of them. Why is it that now there is so much animosity? Both cars are fun and awesome rides :D The Z doesn't fit my needs or taste but I still appreciate it.
Welcome to the forum! Hope you enjoy learning more about the 8 -- just don't tell you friend about the CZ unit -- or he may start wanting to race a little more often
PS -- my RX-7 always kicked my buddy's 240Z (all the rust he kept getting didn't help matters) :p

Welcome to the site, just pretend like you think the RX-8 is teh fastest most bestest handling car EVAR and everyone will love you. Nice choice of cars by the way, I considered a Z but just couldn't deal with not having backseats and the insurance was a little more hefty as well.

Sorry to just jump in on the subject.
They're both great cars.
Personally I prefer the RX-8 for it's overall balance, looks and practicality. I'm not a racer and my RX-8 (getting it next week) will be a daily driver and 2nd car.
But if I had to play with one on the track, that torque of the 350Z would be a hoot.
