the oil light and tpms light are on



damages is already done. idling with the oil light on means there is NO oil in it. if it blinks while you are driving becaue it's low that's one thing. I've had mine kick on when it was hot and when I was driving at 4500 rpm for a extended amount of time.. it goes awya instantly when the engne slows down. if it's on at idle you can't blame it on speed or slosh. Only thing is maybe a bad sensor.

If that car got wrecked had enough to bust the oil sensor under the side of the engine I really wouldn't get near it.

I could understand if you busted the front end off by backing off of a concrete parking thing or something god knows I did that 50 times in my honda.. good thing is it just snapped right back on with a couple lock tabs. with the rx8 everything will break. irrregardles that is still undisclosed damage. illegal .. esp at a car lot.
