I have had my car for just over 6 months and I have more than 9k miles on it. Make sure you hold down the DSC button until the car and squiggles light up on the dash and stay on. Then do your 6k rpm drop. Your car will really take off then not hindered by the Traction Control system.

That's gotta be the record Shocka. Mine'll be a year old mid July and I just turned 5,000 miles. My commute is about 3 or 4 miles roundtrip. I've yet to take a roadie, but am feeling the need for some Carolina mountain driving.

I've had my car FOUR DAYS and already have almost 500 miles on her! I'm finally running all those errands I was putting off for weeks... I can't stop driving it. And when I'm not driving it, I'm looking at it. I think I'm in love...
I can't wait until it's really broken in (in my opinion that means 2000 miles) so that I can drive it the way it should be driven!

GreyHound no insult taken! Fact is most of those 9 months have been during the winter in cleveland so I haven't taken it out much. This will be the first full Summer of driving it and I have a whole lotta miles planned!

Winter whatever you panzies! I drove my car to Santa Cruz, CA. for the holidays!!! that's about 3,500 miles round trip and through the Siskiyou and Cascade mountain ranges. Don't use winter as an excuse not to let your car stretch its' legs.

2 months, 3000 miles and worth every foot travelled! but dang, i envy those who can manage to keep low mileage, Its hard to lease a car in california, this state is too big, and with the annual mileage restrictions, its too limiting. anyhow, i knew i wanted to own this car, it is definitely a keeper, maybe i can stretch 16 years, like my 88 convertible!
happy rotoring!

Got mine on March 23rd with a couple miles on it. Will trip over 3700 miles on it this coming weekend, and it sat at the dealer for a week getting an oil change and the "M" flash when I was away (flew to Coeur d'Alene for business)
so what is that, 3.5 weeks 1000 miles a week?
;-)
edit: heh.. had the month wrong.
yes, thats 2004
if it was May of last year, it would be QUITE A BIT more than 3.5 weeks.. sheesh
