How Cool is This!

Hey all:

Just came across a new Seiko watch that looked as though it was designed for us..Now tell me this does not look like a rotor and casing.

Enjoy

I don't see a rotor at all :/

Is this one of those "Stare at the dots till you see the sailboat" things?

Not really. Sorry. But I could imagine a very cool watch that did look like a rotary engine. That would be sweet.

It may be nerdy...but still freakin' neat if your an 8/rotary nut I wouldn't wear it to the office, but it would be fun on weekends....where to get? Only other watch I've seen having to do with the 8 is the attached.

That is one of the four new watches from the Seiko Sportura collection. The one you have pictured is retail at $995. It's a beautiful watch and pretty damn big too. It looked too big on my wrist. It's the second best Sportura. The best one is retail at $3995. The one that I want is third in line at $650 retail and is analog-digital.

I can't find a better looking collection from ANY maker, not even Tag Heuer.

(I'm referring to Starman's pic in the first post of this thread.)

Hey Ty:

I totally agree. However, #1 is too rich for my blood.
