woah woah I was just stating that it would be nice if we could custom make our car at free will, because I would be nice to be driving in the car that you custom made, having all the options that you wanted, and having it look the way you want... I didn't actually mean they should, I simply meant it would be nice....

However, with the current technology and process, custom made from the factury is not that impossible. And if you are in the military, then try this site.
