I had this issue when I used to have my mazda 6 a few years back. I jacked it up and kicked it in different areas of the wheel going in a clockwise rotation, and I'm sure it works with this car, just don't get so pissy with it and take it to a dealership if you can't get it off in the end.

any luck with the tire?
did you get jackstands yet? painting calipes requires you to have your HEAD in the wheel well to have access to the back of the caliper.

This happened to one of my old bosses CLS65s. He slowly let the car down with bolts off until it the ground pushed on the tire. Apparently something had caused it to stick, and that fixed the problem.
However, this seems like it could be dangerous and potentially problematic. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS.

One of my wheels fused this year.
A trick my father taught me (he is really old school) was that when a wheel is fused and kicking it won't help:
Works like a charm.
A trick my father taught me (he is really old school) was that when a wheel is fused and kicking it won't help:
- Make sure the car is on a level surface
- Loosen the lug nuts 1/4" (no more than 1/2")
- Drive the car forward (few feet) and suddenly brake
- Do the same going in reverse
- Keep doing this until you hear/feel the wheel pop off the hub (usually only takes a couple stops)
- Once you hear/feel it, stop the car (do not drive it anymore at this point)
- If you need to move the car to another location, you'll need to tighten the lug nuts before doing so
Works like a charm.
