Ok dude Let me tell you.. I first raced my friend with his little EG hatch "93" witha gsr engine swap and tranny etc intake exhaust etc.. mine was stock we ran first gear i pulled him second it was even and third is when he left me by like a car length 1.5 around there soo i was like hmmm

first upgrade was my MSP CAI We did another run and same thing happened onyl different is i pulled him a little bit in second gear and then third he beat me the same.. I was pissed.. Bought my Greddy exhuast system and he beat me by .5 car length i was impressed but still dissapointed that a peice of junk honda beat me with a integra engine.. soo then i purchased my power pulleysa.. and i ran him last night since he wanted to show off n i wa slike u serious I had just purchased my new tires Potenza RE 01R GOOOODDD very minimal traction lost at launch.. so i told him why not i want to eat myselkf a honda tonight.. I launched at 5500 rpm and I took him first gear second gear was dead even he pulled me a little bit but not much he had to shift n i was still in gear then third i pulled him and he wasnt catching up at all lol I beat him by 1.0 car length soo he was liek elts do it again i was like ight this time i had a not soo good launch and i beat him by .5 car length but i was easing ont he gas.. many little things help this car out a lot man... Serriously Im waiting to uprage the clutch and a lighter flywheel the stock clutch is crap man... idk man i tihnk i got a freak rx8 i beat 98 mustang gt's I pull "barely" the new mustang gt's and I am dead even with the mustang 5.0 idk how dont ask me lol ohh i run supreme gas it helps out too trust me lol

As long as chicks stare and drool, i don't care how slow the car is. I can carry three girls perfectly without them struggling to hop in the back. Unlike the guys driving the two door civics and integras. Besides, the 8 costs more than a fricken civic and is twice as smooth and ten times more sleek, which of course the girls love even more.

 

The 8 gets more looks than any other of these other $30,000 and under cars.
I got mine for $20,000 and everyone thinks it is new, and just loves it. Speed and handling are just bonus's.

 

um...since you're posting false information everywhere. i guess i'll reply to this one too. there is no possible way you can hang with an 05+ mustang gt. it will blow you out of the water uphill, downhill, backwards, upside down, rolling, dead stop, and even underwater. they run mid 13's pushing 260whp. the rx8 runs mid 14's pushing 180whp.

edit: in fact i just realized. the 05+ mustang gt's make more power to the wheel than the rx-8 does to crank.

HAHAHAHAHA Thank you so much for giving me that laugh. I'm normally not one to flame someone but you take the cake for being a total moron. I will not debate hatches with you, but you are absolutely full of it when you say you beat a new Mustang GT with your mods. If somehow you actually DID, the driver was terrible. I would not brag about that because any mediocre driver would leave you in the dust in a straight line.

last weekend i was at the strip and there was an 06 mustang running 14.5 it was an auto. the convertibles are even slower so it is possible for an 8 to beat a 05+ mustang it just has to be an auto / convertible lol
