How much is my car worth?
I've been tossing around the Idea of selling my car and i'm wondering how much should I list it for. It's been garage kept since i've owned it and I have taken ridiculously good care of it. Oil changes every 3,000 miles or less 10w-30 had a compression test done not to long ago everything was in the low 7's. I've dumped well over 15,000 into this car so far. currently there is 71,000 miles but everything is in tip top condition. Most of the parts I have are listed in my sig(clicky) there are a few parts but nothing big so just by looking at my VB garage what's it worth?

I'd agree, 13k should be the sweet spot. Atleast thats what the sellers told me when I was buying my 8 a month back. Most of the guys I low balled have called me back saying that they are willing to accept my offer of 12k-16k now.
your car does look pretty clean though so it shouldn't be too hard selling at 14k ish.
If you do decide on a part out, I'll buy your RB pod/adaptors/gauages

I'm sorry but you are NEVER going to get added value out of mods, the general car buying public sees them as potential areas you have abused the car (yes we know that's not necessarily true but we are not the general public).
Your very best bet is to return it to as close to stock as possible, sell off the nice parts at 50-60% of what you paid for them and hope for that $13-14k from a buyer. It's pretty bad out there at the moment, I just picked up a very clean, bone stock 05 GT w/ 32k miles on it for from a dealer for less than $13k. I've been an enthusiast and modifer of many cars for a lot of years but I (and many) still don't prefer to buy a modded car, I'd rather do it w/ the parts I want.
Would I be interested in your's for about what I paid for mine.....maybe, but would I have still bought mine if the prices were the same, sorry, yep
Keep it if you don't have to sell it, part it and accept the crummy return if you are really ready to move on.
Just my $.02
