How much should I pay for this RX-8

How much do you guys think I should pay for this 8? It has 40,000 miles manual and a few scratches. Would 18,000 be reasonable?

Heres the car

Considering you can get a new '05 for low to mid 20s, 18 might be a little high.

$15g would be my max. Besides the fact that the 05's slashed the RX8's value, we don't yet know how long the Renesis is really good for. The FD's were good for ~100k miles, the FC TII's about 130ish, FC NA 170+, Renesis.... ???
