How visualy determine high-power Rx8?
hi,
how it possible visualy determine and understand - where is std. power, and where is high power for the models 2003-2008?
I know a few definitions:
- the high-power version have a 9000 redline, the std. power - 7500
- the high power have a 1-6-R gear stick, the std.power - 1-5-R gear stick (including automatic transmission)
Anything else?
May be, body or interior definitions?

Realy need it
thank you.

Nothing body. Nothing visually changed with the body style from year to year.
If it has 16 inch wheels, it won't be hi power, though 18 inch doesn't mean it will.
The redline and transmission are by far the best method.

I don't know if you can go by redline. The 7500 redline was set because of the automatic transmission. In the US/NA market, we don't have the Low Power/5 speed model.
Maybe you should post the question up on http://www.rotaryheaven.net/. This is a european rotary site. Maybe they can help too.
