Wheels and tires.
Strut bars, sways, shocks, and spings.
Better brake pads.
Lighter flywheel.

... but if I REALY had $5000, I'd put it towards the car note itself.

i think lighter flywheel should be the first one. not that i have done it.

Invest in the futures market for fuel (like Southwest Airlines) and while others are groaning over increased fuel costs, you can chuckle.
