Hows the insurance?

yes, call our broker. It seems that there are so many variables with auto insurance. Age and location seem to be huge factors but it is really up to each provider. Call a few different brokers. I am getting what seem to me to be really good rates with farmers here in AZ. For my wife's 3 and my 8 we pay 1000 less than we did in CT just under a year ago. We are both in our 30's though. Good luck.

And Ive gotten one ticket whioch was 10mph over my first a few weeks ago
I used to have a nice solara with a buncha stuff on it and a cutom nitrous dual purge but thats gone cuz of a wreck, i still have the car after a few wrecks but i didnt replace the suspension til the very end lol...what a waste

Location, Driving record, age, etc will make your rate not comparable to anyone else's on here. Even with the same info but a differing company may vary your rate considerably.
So I guess the best thing you can ask is what would someone with an 8 pay compared to if they had a different car...but even then that may not be of any help cuz different companies may rate the same car differently.
Again, your best bet is to call your broker or go online and get a quote from a website.

Like everyone is saying... call a broker. They take your information and find the best/cheapest insurance for you. Its nice to have them because if a cheaper rate shows up, they will call you can give you the option to switch.
So many factors play into cost (even the city you live in).
I can tell you that I pay LESS for my RX8 (insurance) than I did for my '01 Ford Ranger. I believe that they consider the RX8 a 4 door which helps lower insurance cost. But if you call a broker, they can give you all this information.

Look im just asking for advice, the only time I can call for insurance quotes is on my lunch break. Im working 40hours a week from 7am-4pm then working out from 430pm-630pm. I was gonna call and get quotes I was just asking the relative car insurance for one.

Wow... so take one day after work and go see an insurance broker.
Let them deal with finding the cheapest quotes.
We are giving you advice... you're just not listening.

AHhh thanks a lot. Yeah all I wanted was tips such as "they consider RX8's 4 doors" thats a tip..not does it rain and the skys blue.
I know it was all in fun but thats the only reason why i said im just asking advice.
Im listening to your advice

hahaha, man, some of these posts are freakin' HILARIOUS!!
anyway, they're right, search, or better yet just call and ask, it shouldn't take longer than 10-15 minutes. what's geico's ad, save 15% in 15 minutes or less?? it depends on SO many factors, it's just not really a plausible question.
to give you an ROUGH idea though, i had a (very nice) honda civic; great driving record, knock on wood, was 22 when i got the car, and the insurance difference was minimal, but the 8 was less. so yes, the 8 does well w/ insurance companies. overly safe, bunch of air bags, great brakes, "4 doors", etc. etc. but in perspective, a 22 yr old male at the time, my insurance was high regardless of if i was driving a civic, 8, or bmw, it's just high for a young male. just call someone ... good luck.
