As long as it was 87, you're fine. Check what the owner's manual says.
As far as Dozer's high post count goes...he spends so much time posting, he never had the time to read the owner's manual, so what would he know.

This'll keep the detonation in check.
Sunoco Maximal Red Leaded 116 Octane (SUNLD116)
Sunoco Race Fuel: Maximal Leaded 116 octane fuel, Red, 5 gallons in a UN/DOT approved and reusable container. A leaded racing fuel for exceptionally high performance two and four stroke applications generating high cylinder pressures, Sunoco Maximal will help protect engines with static compression ratios up to 17:1. It has a very narrow distillation curve and a low final boiling point to help improve thermal combustion efficiency at high engine speeds. Distinctive fast-burn characteristics provide more complete combustion than slower burning fuels in applications which operate in excess of 10,000 rpm. $20 HAZ MAT fee is included in the price and only shipping charges will be added. Ground shipments only. No Texas sales taxes, all state and federal taxes are paid. LET FEDEX DO THE HEAVY WORK OF DELIVERING YOUR RACE FUEL. THIS IS A LEADED FUEL for offroad use only.

Just run it down to a half tank and then fill up with 93. The average will be around 90 and fine until you run thru the tank, which as we know in the '8 is no time at all.
No damage done from 87 unless you actually hear/feel knock (aka ping, pre-detonation). Many people are running 87 full time and just sacrificing some performance.
I actually run 91 or 92 most of the season since I have the option at my two most frequented stations. I do run 93 in the Winter (and keep the tank full) to help further reduce potential condensation.

I mix all the time but usually with mid-grade and premium, not 87. I'll fill up with premium and then top it off later with 89, then top it off again later with premium, and so on. If it gets too empty before getting gas, I'll fill it back up with premium. Can't tell a difference in the way it runs (then again it's a lowly AT) vs. when I first got it using premium all the time.

All this did was retard your engine timing so it did nothing to your car but slow the acceleration down. Difference between regular and premium is premium burn hotter and faster giving the engine better throttle response.

Dude, be nice. His engine isn't retarded, it's just ignitionally-challenged.
Seriously though, while I don't personally object, I try to use the word "delay" instead of "retard", cause f*ck f*ck f*ck the mechanics.

I'd take it easy on the car until you can fill it up with premium (say once you've burned half a tank). If you aren't getting detonation (flashing CEL), you're just fine and aren't causing any harm to your car.
I run my car on 89 all the time with no problems. Never tried 87.

To the OP: you're probably going to die... if you don't die you'll at least contract a deadly strain of the AIDS virus and then give it to your whole family. Sucks man, but I hope you learned something from all this.

Think he got his answer and lesson long ago.
