You need to go and at least get some flexerol as well as an anti inflammatory of some kind. Also sit in an extremely hot bath, then take a very cold shower, then go back into a very hot bath. Its called a contrast bath and it opens up the blood vessels, then forces all the blood and toxins out, then re opens them for healing purposes.

 

My frame is bent unless the entire piece of metal that shapes the trunk isnt considered frame...also the crash bar is extremely dented in.
