I got Banned haha

So I got banned from Arlington Heights Roto Mazda. Why? Because I complained so much and called the corp. for how shitty their serivce is, how they mistreat customers, and don't know what they are doing. Hahaha

banned?
As in they won't work on your car if you show up? What exactly did you do to upset them so much?

There's gotta be more to this story...

Well, I am not sure if the corp. knows that I got banned from that dealer or what not. So, this one time I brought my car in for service for an oil light which would come on randomly with a cel at cruising speeds. They couldn't find any scan codes??? They couldn't duplicate the problem either. The service director insisted to take the car home to drive it their and back since it was a 40 mile drive round trip; he wanted to see if the warning lights would come on. The day I dropped off my car I detailed it in and out; it was clean as a whistle. So after a few days, I get my car back fixed. Although there was a problem. Both driver and passenger side were filled with sand, the sand looked like it was straight from the beach or something. This wasn't just a little bit of sand, this was like OMG what the hell, if someone had taken 2 money bags full of sand and just pour it out all over the floor. On top of that, the door plastic seal had deep *** gashes. Also the car was dirty *** hell covered in grease. They denied it was them and sticked to the idea that it was like that. Customer service was unprofessional, they were very rude and obnoctious. Everytime I would come in they car left either scuffed, damaged , dirty or I just got garbage customer service. I wanted to talk to the serice director in person which I did, but he was being an ********, so then I asked for the general manager, but he did not want to come. So when I called today to get something looked at, the service writer said that I am no longer to be welcome at this dealership.

What a joke I got the same crappy advise from Mazda corp. I called to complain about Autobahn in Evanston and they said I should just go to another dealer. I guess it is easier for Mazda to throw the dice and hope the next dealer will do better rather then doing something like addressing their shitty service.

Mazda needs an executive gut job and replacements with people that know customer service.

i wouldn't take that dirt/garbage deal lightly. they're taking the car for a spin for fun and to cruise... the service receipts have the in/out odometer recorded for a reason, right?

Yup Evanston is another can full of douchebags. So is Schuamburg who tell you that a manual transmission on rotary cars is unlike any other its special lol. Same goes for Jacob Twin Mazda.

I think all the rx-8 owners should get together and take over mazda we know at least what customer service is, and probably know more about our cars then they do.

Is Evanston really that bad? I bought my eight from them, and they seem pretty nice. They fixed up a small rock chip without charging me, I've had no problems with them yet.

I also bought my car from them and it was a very good experience. Then I took it in for service. Treated me like crap and did not fix the car, it was like pulling teeth tying to get some one to talk to. Their service sucks.

The best service I have found is Muller in Highland park, they no longer sell Mazda but they still service them. Very nice people and professional but like most there completeness is hit or miss.
