I just realized how HORRIBLE is the I Just realizing how horrible the RENESIS thread
so I just realized how horrible is the "American muscle" 2010 SS camaro I got cause it has 5000hp but I get 6mpg and I like it cause it goes really really fast not like the rx8. But I need 3 parachutes when I need to turn cause it wont turn like the rx8. And with this bad boy I can impress all my buds on Main Street with this awesome HPness. oh did I mention how horrible and heavy my camaro is?

well no offense to the Camaro it is a nice car, but its original intention is totally different than Rx-8. and comparing it to the 8 is like comparing Apples to my neighbor's dog.
they get 6 mpg only if they floor it, so does our 8. for city driving it should be on par (real life scenario) if not slighty better than our 8. I gotta admit that. But its much easier to control piston's mpg cuz they can just turn some piston off and fire them only when the driver floors it. you can't do that on a Rotary.

epic thread right here.
hummmmmm. rx8 1.3L and a 6.2L v8 get the same MPG. go to camaro5.com and you will see what people are getting. dont come at me with MPG bro.
its pretty even, i will DESTROY you on a drag, but you would destroy me on a track. is that fair?

When I was in the process of buying my Rx8(Took a few weeks, as the dealership was so backed up that it took weeks for it to get inspected and cleaned..), my dad was all over my case about me to buy either a Mustang or a Camaro in it's place, heh.
End result? Rx8, without even a consideration of either of those two.

These two threads spun my head - but made me laugh. I just HATE that Chevy is stupid enough to build a car in 2010 and 2011 and not have a nav system available as an option. All that development time...and "Oop's - we forgot that people are techie these days....oh,well...."
And no...OnStar DOES NOT COUNT.
