I lost
I have an 04 rx8 mt, k&n typhoon intake, 13k..i was at a light the other night and a 4 door integra rolled up next to me..i already had my friend in the car and 2 girls in the back and kickers in the trunk..which adds some weight but i figured whats a 4 door integra got over an rx8...plus the girls i was with wanted me to race him..so.. I let it drop from like 5k and the ****** car bucked down..so i was staying with itt than that thing just went. I'm not a professional when it comes to racing, but i know the car has a lot of potentail if driven right.. i mean im only 20(not very experienced)..My question is Whats the best way to drive it off the line? Gentleman im very ahamed of myself and almost embarrased to be writing this..so please no bashing me..thanks

xsl7xx: I'm sure glad that you asked us to not bash you, or you would now be flamed mercilessly. As you probably note, "Ike" is not inclined to shy away from flamefests.
But, since you are a newbie on only his second post, we'll cut you some slack.
BTW--I agree with Ike on this one.

Maybe you should try to learn how to drive before race ?
and dont forget, we dont do kill/got owned post on this forum.
But heres a little advise , you cant just have all the skills one day, no advise will help you, you have to pratice and learn, so you can have your very own "skills"
I think this is one of out how many posts that, we agreed with Ike.
