I was scared for nothing
Let me tell you guys that I just got my car last friday and is spectacular. I was undecided between the RX8 and the 350Z.
Both dealers called me last friday to stop by the office to sign the
papers and to get the car!!!!!. I made the decision and I brought the Mazda home. I am so impressed by everything including speed, features ,style. People are attracted to the car all the time.
I was so afraid because this board have a lot of people angry about their car. I am very happy that I made the right decision.
This is an awsome car.

Rx fever,
Welcome to the boards, and glad to hear you are happy with your decision on the RX-8.
4+ months of ownership here, and feel better about the decision to buy the RX-8 than ever before.
Have a blast with your new ride!

Thank you guys!!!!. I made the choice not to get the 350Z because I realized that I was blinded with the Z engine power. I never liked the inside of the 350z but the engine and the exterior was ok. When I tested the RX-8,I never punched it to see how much speed the car could get, as a courtesy to the future buyer of that car. When I went over the Mazda dealer and saw my Car , I was Oh my God I almost wasted a wonderful opportunity to get this awsome car. When I got inside the car,it was like a dream come true. All the specs and eventhough I'm breaking the car , I can tell the future buyers that this car is powerful and very responsive.

Yeah. Good reasons. That pretty much does sum it up. I've bought several new cars before & I was happy with all of them, but not nearly as happy as I am this time...:D It is an honor to own one of these gems!
Once again, welcome!

Yup, those that talk trash are usually the ones that don't know how to take care of a car in the first place, or have never driven one for more than 5 minutes because their local dealers are stingy bastards.
I admit that there are a few people out there that did have a case of misfortune, but it's not as bad as the forum portray it because it's usually one person, then a troll or two will instigate things to make it worse.
