It's arrived.
After two and a half years of owning my RX8, I'm finally able to take possession of it full-time. Now that I've reached my third year, my school has allowed me to have my car on campus. Previously it sat in a storage garage in Ohio about 10 months out of the year and I only got to drive it during my time off.
Thursday, though, I loaded it up and set off on OH-61 from Norwalk to I-70 from Columbus straight through to Limon, Colorado, where I picked up US-24 to Colorado Springs. 1381 miles door-to-door, averaging 22 miles per gallon. I got in last night, gave her a wash, and parked her for a rest.
You guys don't know what you've got until it's gone. That applies to the time I spent when I couldn't drive her to the significant power I lost (the parking lot here is 7000 feet above see level). Be grateful.
