Someone HIT MY CAR!! and then just left!!! no note or nothing!! I hate people sometimes!!!
so what do you think this is going to cost to get this fixed?? I am calling my insurance tomorrow, but I just wanted to know if anybody else had this happen to them and how much it cost them to fix it.

Anywhere from 400-700 bucks. Best thing to do would be to buy a fender off a parts car, people usually sell parts car fenders for less than 250. In the mean time, you can take the fender off fairly easily and bang most of the dent out yourself, it's a very thin metal.

Thats nothing.....You probably need a new fender which costs like $2-300 from the dealer and then just go get it painted like another $100, if you need a guy the same that did mine. Dont try fixing it, its gonna cost you more and not look like stock condition. Mine was worse....I needed a new headlight ($1000), fender, tie rod, some suspension parts all the metal skeleton under the fender, new front bumper and fender liners, plus paint and labor, which came around $3k.

You could probably get bang out most of it if you take it off with a hammer, piece of wood, and a slightly curved solid metal piece (cant remember what its called its for shaping). Then just get some body filler at your local paint supply shop (get both types and do several layers in small steps) then I would take it to a shop and have them finish it up and paint it.
You might be looking at like 200 dollars this way but its very time consuming especially if you have not done any body work before

Yep...the dealer just replaced mine last week for free because they were foggy on the inside of the lens. O well...anyway..that sucks man. Here in Virginia...if someone hits you and runs...your deductible is automatically $200 no matter what, and your insurance company cannot penalize you.

Agreed
its probably gonna be more time consuming and cost more if you dont do the work yourself, a fender only costs Less than $300 new from the dealer
Agreed,
Ur about right, if the skeleton under it is not damaged
THATS HOW MUCH THE HID'S ARE.
I was gonna tell you to get as quote first, it might be like $276 for a new fender from dealer and about $214 for prep and paint and install, so $500, and if ur deductible is $500 or higher your better off paying it yourself, so the insurance wont up ur premium or even put the incident on ur record (not ur DMV one but their own internal one)
Thank You for the affirming my comment.
***By the way i thought it was only my fender and my headlight when i had crashed, my bumper was in perfect shape, but once we pulled everything off, the skeleton under the fender was all bent and the housing that holds the headlight was damaged. So dont be surprised if i said i told you so. GOOD LUCK BY THE WAY>!
