JIC-Magic USA wants to know what you guys want!

Hey guys. We here at JIC-USA love the RX-8 and we want to know what else you guys would like for us to make for this community! Remember, we specialize in exhaust systems, suspension components, and mainly coilovers.

Are there other things that you guys may want? Parts that you need? We are willing to develop more things! Let us know. Thanks.

I think your coilovers are awesome! My recommendation would be to cover a wide variety of other parts; clutch, flywheels, intakes, headers etc... of course, other companies have not been able to get great gains out of any of these items. If you were able to crack the code and get solid gains out of any of those parts, I'd buy them.

Thanks for your comments.

Well, we are still in the works for getting and exhaust manifold/header into production in the near future. Keep your eyes open!

Hmm...since you guys have a 13B-Rew equipped RX-8, maybe you could start making and selling engine mount adapters for those who would like to swap to REWs or 20Bs. It will be a small market in the beginning though.

Just off the top of my head, but maybe JIC could develop some rear suspension pieces that will help to eliminate the 8's excessive wheelhop. I don't know, maybe something like stiffer trailing arms or something of that nature.

Coilovers will eliminate that problem right away. We have also have a rear traction rod that will help eliminate that wheel hop. Hope that helps.

You can find more info on our website.

Keep the feed back comming. Thanks.

Maybe uncarriage braces along the line of Auto EXE's. How about a hell of a matched suspension kit....coilovers, strut tower brace's, anti- roll bars, under carriage brace's....all in tune with each other and smoke the crap out of anything else on the road....cornering wise of course. Of course, it'll have to be reasonably priced. If you need a test bed, I've got a Shinka that resides around Washington D.C. :D

Would you mind me contacting you privately about a different header design that might just work well with these cars? It's different but the design is very sound.

A supercharger would be what I am looking for. Making at least 50-70more whp. And not one over $5000.

How about branching out and designing some electric fans for our oil coolers? If you read the thread in the Tech section regarding engine failures in hot-dry climates, you will understand where I'm coming from.

I second this request. For those of us who do a lot of autox and Track Days, a 5 point harness would be REALLY nice. At this point it is pretty cost prohibitive to go to a 5 point harness. Need to buy

New Seats
Harness
Seat Mounts

Pretty expensive.

I hate sliding around the '8s wimpy seat (but do love the infinitely adjustable loungechair comfort!). Could you make a harness with belts that go through the rotary opening in the seat with a spreader above the driver's shoulders and mount to the floor so rear passengers could climb around them? Need these for both driver and right seat for track days.
