Thanks for posting pics! I personally like spoiler less, but I like the Mazda appearance package. And if you get a spoiler, the edge trunk lip spoilers look sharp.

Other than that, enjoy! It's a blast to drive......you'll never get sick of it (I sure haven't)
I'm not sure I agree with you about the spoiler. I'm mixed on the look of the stock one, and most of the aftermarket ones I've seen (including the Mazdaspeed one) look too ricey for me. If it's going to be a spoiler, it has to be classy.

And, sadly, I have to keep the front plate in my state. I'd love to get rid of it, but angering the local cops is not something I want to do. I have a feeling that I'm going to need all the karma I can get to avoid speeding tickets.

You probably need a front license plate on your car, but I'm sure it's not a requirement to keep that ugly yellow "Luther Auto" plate on there. That's what's killing the look of your car.

I recommend going with a stock RX-8 spoiler. In my opinion, I think it's really classy.

You car is identical to mine except that mine is a 2005. Congratulations! I disagree with those who say the 8 looks better with a spoiler. To me a spolier just breaks up the lines and makes the car look stubby.

+1 on the front plate..... hope that's temporary!!!!!!!!!

I've owned mine for 2 months now and still cant wait to get back in it.

Say good bye to highways ; hello to backroads .. here you come!!!!

Just pass the slow traffic on the turns ... always freaks them out!
