"Lane-Change" Signal feature on foreign models???
#27
Wheels, not rims!!
iTrader: (8)
Am I the only one who can pull my left pinky out to hold the signal lever down 1/2 way *So it doesn't click* while still keeping my hands on the wheel? D:
On the topic of the OP - I've never even heard of this feature, I can see why people would think it's handy as hell.

You need a seperate after-market device available at relatively low cost to have this feature on your RX 8; it can not be derived etc. from the existing turning signal system/circuit; it has to be added/integrated with that.
I fitted the next intermittend working module (of which the installation is relatively easy, especially since the "Waeco-RX 8 installation diagram" is available) and I am very happy with it; it works wonderfull and allows you more attention to the driving itself:

From a Waeco-specialist in Europe (also ok for abroad) I received the next installation diagram that was specially adjusted by them (with a proviso) for the Series 1 RX 8:
see PDF-file.
If you cannot find the electric connectors in your car immediately, I advise to consult the official Electric Diagram of the RX 8; page 58 (and pages in front/thereafter).
No specific electric skills are required; any smart DIY can do the job...........
Best regards, Ruud
