I frequently go to visit my folks in MD (about 130mi each way) and my g/f in northern NJ (about 100 each way). Lonest I've done so far was to Pittsburgh last fall, about 350 each way. Got it over 100 a couple times, a blast to drive in the mountains, passing all the struggling trucks and four-bangers.

1700 miles to Cripple Creek, CO and back to Phoenix in 3 days...just cuz wanted to visit some friends, but primarily wanted to really break in the 8 after 6 months of just city driving. On the way to CC went thru 4 corners area and then up and over Wolf Creek Pass, lots twisty mountain roads. It was 55 degrees at 12pm on June 6 th up there

I honestly cannot remember how long the trip was, but I drove from Bloomington, IN (just about 30 minutes south of Indianapolis), to Bradenton, FL (a little ways south of Tampa). Took about 18 hours either way. And, as others have said, I was perfectly comfortable. I honestly never had to take a break to stretch or loosen up. It was that good... Couldn't believe it. lol

Flew to Olathe, KS to pick up m new car. Drove it 800 miles back to Atlanta with everything on the road passing me by (break-in period) It was brutal resisting the temptation to blow away all those Racer X's that wanted a race.

The longest trips I have taken have been from here to Idaho Falls a few times, 150 miles each way. I was hoping to get a drive to Seattle and back this summer, but I don't think that it is going to happen at this point.

Des Moines IA and back all in the same day from Chicago. 350 miles each way - 700 round trip. Lots of seat time!
Ironically, I found it more enjoyable to cruise a touch slower than I'm used to ... 75 mph indicated (about 72.5 true per my GPS) versus 80-82 mph indicated. Less concentration over a long time equals a more relaxed driver. And the gas mileage rocked as a result.

Regular trip to the wife's family is 350 mi. round trip - best gas mileage was 22.1 this weekend with the cruise set on 70 (from the way everybody passed me you could tell the F1 crowd was in town!)

Just finished a 5500 KM two week vacation to Canada's east coast. Surprisingly the 8 was comfortable for the most part. :D
Not sure I would do it again next week, but it was not nearly as bad as I had thought it was going to be.
PS: I got over 500 KM per tank full on several occassions.
