Loss of power and weird sound. Help

When i give it gas hard I start to lose power. Feels sluggish, then I hear a grinding cruh cruh sound. Then it feels like it gets past the problem and it's ok. Iv posted about this a few times just wondering what anyone else thinks. Thanks

i had a probem kinda like this. the mazda dealership told me it was carbon build up from not driving it hard enough. i didnt hear the noise but it was very sluggish. i just drove mine hard for two weeks and it fixed itself. i would def ask a professional first though.

Please give us some more info...Miles, model, service it's had, parts replaced. What mods have you got?...How long have you had it?... Have you ever done a de-carbon cleaner? What octane are you running 87-reg or 91-prem? Is it hammering metal on metal sound? Worse when it's hot? What kind of driving does it get?

Does it come from your engine at high RPM or is it coming from elsewhere?
