Generally, you will want to try and get the repair history of the car from the dealer (some will provide this info, some won't) and add that list to the list of aftermarket parts already installed, and let us all know what those entail. This way, we can all contribute to a better analysis of what might be the problem here. Coupled with a most recent compression test, we can get a pretty clear idea of where the issue lay.
As for the history all i can get out of the dealer is that the engine was replaced with another one out of an 8 that was parted out(same year 04). Dont believe it was ever rebuilt. I bought it from my uncle whom kept up on maintenance pretty good. he replaced the coolant hoses thats about it. So next week im gonna try and get a compression test and diagnostic done by the dealer. That way i there is an issue with the plugs then they are covered by the parts store i bought them from. (Shur fit automotive).

What are chances that my maf sensor is shot and not letting car start? If the o2 is bad would that also stop the car from starting?

You need to properly troubleshoot the issue, guessing and doing random things is not going to help.

Follow the trouble shooting guide in the FSM here:

I realize it could be somthing internal or somthing simple needs cleaning. But i am only trying simple things an buying parts i think need to be changed to narrow down the problem. I am going to try and get the car to mazda so they can check compression an do a read on everything.
