Mazda constructed the RX8 very VERY POORLY

Ok this is the situation,

My car is in mint condition and is parked in my garage every night, I wake up this morning to start my car and go for a cruise. I start the car *but wait* for some reason my ABS brake light was on and my cars slippery icon has displayed. I push on the brake and my car wont switch from P to D. I call mazda and said that my Neutral gear has stopped working which is why it wont make a click when i push on the brake.

This just pissed me off if my car has fualts like this for no reason its better to just sell it and get a reliable car.

Its not only that, My midconsole slider doesnt close properly, there is rattling all over my car when I turn up the music, every time I am driving it my car is either silky smooth or for no reason I can feel every little bump and rock from my tires.

Did you test drive the car before you bought it?

Minda, do you have anything good to say about this car? I can't figure out if you're a troll or what. So far, you've complained about how cheap the car is, how much it sucks, how you're trading it in for a Corvette, how you want to end your lease...for god's sake stop bitching about it and get rid of it since you hate it so much.

Not everything can be perfect. Do you think this could not have happened to any other car you would have bought?

My midconsole slider doesnt close properly.
Do you lean on it to get into/out of the car?

Every time I am driving it my car is either silky smooth or for no reason I can feel every little bump and rock from my tires.
That would be the road surface.

And you bought a sports car why?

Read her previous posts. To complain how much it sucks, apparently.

I aint no troll, I have the car sitting in my garage. But when I post threads, I post problems about my car to see if anyone else is expierencing it and about the road surface its more complexed than that because when I am driving on the same road one day its real smooth but then another day it seems like my car is about to fall apart.

I post unbisaed opinions and if you are too scared to admit that your car is not perfect then dont read this or post smart *** comments

But the car was in a serious accident earlier in the year?

It's not mint then, even with the best repair...

A good jarring, of a car, can have side effects down the road (no pun intended)

It can put strain on the drive train, and that can cause unusual problems.

I do feel sorry for your situation, and I know how frustrating it can be to

have problems with a new car. But cars are machines, and machines break.

Some more than others... Unfortunately no manufacturer is immune.

I have had the transmission interlock screw up on just about every automatic, (even a vette once ) that I have ever owned.

That is why I have owned very few automatics.

You just don't seem happy with the car, try to get out of it, and I hope it works out for you...

my apologies Minda. Looks like you got a bad one. Mazda constructed thousands of other ones superbly. Mine's one of them.

If you are truly posting "unbiased" comments about your car, then a subject line such as the one chosen is a bit misleading. I suspect that most people have not had that many problems or there would be more complaints in this forum. When I hear people generalize their single, personal experience to all 8's, it does sound like a troll.

I am not afraid to admit that my car is not perfect. It's not, but it's damn close.

Minda, you don't post "I have this problem, has anyone else dealt with this?"

You post "This car sucks. I hate the RX-8. It isn't half the car the Corvette is. I'm selling my car because it sucks." And you do it over, and over, and over, and over. And then expect people to be nice to you about it?

Now, I suggest you either quit posting like this and find a constructive way to voice your problems with the car, or you just quit posting. Which, if you want to argue about, I can help you with. Now, follow the forum rules, and do not keep up with this stuff designed to cause flame wars. There is no reason to behave like that, since you are an adult (I assume).

And with that, I am closing this thread because all it is going to do is cause a fight. If you want to post your problem in a more constructive manner, go ahead. But quit with the repetitive bitching.
