Mazda Repeats Gold Medal Win at the 40th WorldSkills Competition
#4
This is what kills me Mazda makes great cars, well executed, good quality then they screw the whole thing up by providing worst in industry service. Someone needs to be fired over their and replaced with management that know how to take care of customers.

^+1 Everything is excellent until you have to deal with the customer service. They want to find anyway they can (for the most part) to get out of a warranty repair. If they can find some way that "you may have caused the problem" then they tell you that your repair is not covered because you voided the warranty and now you have to pay for the repairs out of pocket even though mazda has a history of these types of mechanical errors happening.
