Mazda USA!?

Mazda USA!?
There has been lots and lots of talkning about the HP digits and why Mazda has made an "error" again by releasing wrong numbers again. As far as I've read, they made the same misstake with the Miata.
But I was just wondering if the blame should be pointed at Mazda USA or Mazda itself.
I recently checked the horsepower specs here in Finland for the RX-8. Apparently the numbers here are almost exactly the numbers mazda USA are changing to now. Here, according to Mazda the specs for the 6port is 240hp. So 2hp wrong is not that bad I think. 240 is closer than 247.
So.. I point my finger @ Mazda USA
Best wishes to you all that own or is waiting for your RX-8. My RX-7 FC will have to do a few more years

The Euro car now meets the soon to be introduced Euro stage 4 emmisions, which is more stringent than the US emmisions. 240ps was for Euro3, which is what the Australians have got.
