no i acutally was going to replace it with another one but i had a really hard time trying to get a dealership to match my deal that i got on the first one and they were charging more money for ones with more miles and less options so i got a cobalt ss/tc instead

They are cool cars (for fwd that is, no offense) my lil bro has one, but I beg to differ on the seat comment. I don't know what year your cobalt is, my brothers is an 06 or 07 and the interior is CHEAP, including the seats, but still not a bad car and it gets around 35 mpg too.

Cobalt = renamed Cavalier. But maybe if you save up, you will be back in an 8 in no time, or even a 9:P

Really? What's so special about the 8? I wouldn't think that you'd miss it that badly, or would I?

(JUST KIDDING WITH YOU haha)

Have fun with what you have! I'm very positive the Cobalt SS has its very own strengths that you will fall in love with, so no worries man.

yeah i love the cobalt for the sleeper aspect of it b/c no one expects it to go fast most people i come across don't even know they made a turbo'd version

but as far as the interior it really doesn't bother me its simple they could have improved on the center console area thats all in my eyes

the seats are cool i get a lot of compliments on them from friends with evos, stis, and mazdaspeeds, the thing with your brothers seats is he probably doesn't have a g85 ss so he just has the regular leather seats that have no support and you just slide around in

the reason why i miss the 8 and i was tell friends about it last night is that it was the first cool car i had that i paid for with my own money so i guess it just sentimental if anything lol they told me to get over b/c i have a way faster car lol

i have done some performance stuff to it and now i am working on the exterior and thats the only reason the 8 came up again the ss has a stupid wheel pattern so its so hard to find nice wheels that the other ss owners don't already have
