Then how to you know your battery is good?
Instructions
Step 1 Make sure that the problem is either the battery or the starter: If the engine cranks ("rrr-rrr-rrr") when you turn the key, then the problem isn't the starter or the battery.
Step 2 Plan to have at least one person sitting in the driver's seat and one person pushing. Mid-size and large cars require two or three people to push, depending on the strength of the people and whether or not the car is parked on an incline.
Step 3 Turn off all accessories (radio, wipers, lamps).
Step 4 Turn the key to the "on" position.
Step 5 Depress the clutch pedal with your foot.
Step 6 Put the transmission in second gear.
Step 7 Release the hand brake and the foot brake.
Step 8 Note that the people pushing need to get the car rolling as fast as they can. This works best down a hill or an incline.
Step 9 Release the clutch pedal while giving the engine a little gas with the gas pedal once the car is moving about as fast as you can run. The engine should start.
How old is your battery? Or if you do not feel like push starting it borrow a car and get a new battery.

I would try cleaning any corrosion off the battery posts and clamps first. Then put the battery on a charger or try jump starting. My car didn't start today and I was almost late for work. The negative post was corroded on top of being a little loose. I moved it around a little and the car started, got to work on time and then after my shift I had to do it again. I got home, cleaned them up real good and tightened them up. No more problems.

well probably i need a new battery..
does it matter if u left ur trunk open?
maybe that's the reason why my car didnt start up for 5 days,.( it's just a thought )
yah i did try jumped starting on it but not by car to car..it didnt work as well
so if it is the battery
what do you guys recommend?.

When you tried to jump start the car. . . what did it do? Anything? Lights worked? Horn worked? Interior kicked on when the key was turned to on?
If jumping it didn't work, its going to more than just your battery, but I'm still betting that's it first.

If your trunk is open than your trunk light was on. . . thus draining the battery.

Well, wait a moment. . . you said you tried to jump start it... if you did this correctly and your battery connections are good, your car would have gotten power.
You're saying that this didn't happen, correct? You hooked up the jumper cables and nothing at all happened. . . ??
