My dealerships stereotyping idea of why autos stall... hahaha

So my car is a manual and has been stalling at stops lately while the ac is on.. when I talked to my service department today in person they told me "We recently have seen this problem in just autos but they were all women drivers and since yours is a manual we have not had any problems and when we drive it its fine so if I were you drive it around and have it die then call mazda roadside assistance"

WOW

Yeah that's not right but some people just don't have common sense to say in appropriate ways.

You are in Arizona? Stalling has been a symptom associated with the engines that are dying in hot climates. Do you also experience power loss when accelerating?

I'm not too ashamed to say that I'm a guy... and I'm new to driving manual, and have stalled mine out a few times... having nothing to do with A/C, or anything, just "getting the feel" of the car :-)

I'm in Chicago. My 6 M/T was doing this also. Then it started with the ticking sound. Now I'm waiting for a new engine. Should be in next week. I never had the loss of power problem.
