you could try power braking in the garage.... or, uh,

change the oil, rotate tires, wash the windows, clean air filter, armor all dash, sweep carpet etc. etc. etc

just kidding,

hope you can take as much pride in your ride as the rest of us, and try to avoid the temptation of spinning tires, i heard that it is hard on stuff

Levity is a good thing to maintain around here.

Are you planning on adding anything to it? Wheels, Mazdaspeed stuff, etc. That'd be good to get out of the way while it's sitting around.

Why didn't you just wait until spring to buy your car? Prices shouldn't change much, and by then you might have ended up being interested in a different car. It's just going to aggravate you not being able to drive it...

Ditto on what the other fellows said (zaino, manual reading, etc). How about installing DIY mods like the 3rd brake light, caliper painting, clear corners, etc.

When you do get to drive it, don't be stupid if dumbasses in Mustangs want to race you. You'll get a lot of that with the 8! It'll be a terrible shame if you crashed it first thing.

hey its a manual and alpha i wasnt talking about you.....yea im gonna put some extras....and the reason we bought it now is that my dads law firm will pay for his main car and hes is paid off so if he dirves this for the first 3 months then it will be alot closer to being payed off concidering they pay more then double the payment a month

Ahhhhhh, now it all makes sense. You will not have to worry about draining fluids, putting up on blocks, etc. Your dad is going to make sure it gets broken in properly (I mean this in a positive way, OK). I'm confident he is going to learn how to drive it properly and teach you as well, which is a good thing.

You are a very lucky teenager and I hope you learn to respect the quality and performance this wonderful piece of engineering has to offer.

Welcome to the club.

oh but they might. with the fire its very likely that as inventory levels fall dealers will be less inclined to make deals.

Congrats on your RX-8 bro'. I remember not getting a car until way after I turned sixteen. If you have a permit, try driving around the block with a parent to get the feel of the car.
