I was driving to work one morning at a high rate of speed and got off at my exit. I was waiting at the stop sign for traffic to clear and I get bumped in the rear end. I got out to look and the lady driving the Mercedes that hit me gets out of her car. I see no damage, so I tell her all is OK and we can go on our way. She then proceeds to tell me that driving so fast is dangerous. Boy, I could have ripped her a new one over that, but I just let it go.
When I had a paper route at age 12, I found out people don't ever play fair if nobodys looking.
For instance, I like dogs and cats, but when you're on the street before leash laws, I'd get a dog on my ankle about once a week, and the dogs owner in the yard always saids, "Oh, he don't bite". Really? As I'm swinging the dog off my pants leg.
