So my hunt for an RX-8 is still on...

From over priced bastards to just plain "drive me off a cliff" units.
But I have not givin' up yet.

Theres a car that caught my atention.. the guy is asking for a reasonable
price.. but he doesnt seem to know much about the car... for instance..
I asked him if it had leatehr seats... he actually had to go to the car
cause he didint remember... and count'nt even tell me the color of the friking seats "betwen gray and dark gray" he said... not the black/red leather interior
that I was looking for... but hell..

Anywyas.. its a 2006 RX-8 and here is a pic that the owner sent me.




Does that wing come as an option when u buy the car? I've looked everywhere on the net but could'hn find anything... I have seen it before on RX'8's but its not the common one...

Im gettin the idea that this car is the "cheap" version and just had rims and a wing put on it.. Im going to see it tomorow anyways.. but.. I dont know.. maybe someone here tells me something that can save me the trip!

There are 8's with cloth seats and 18" wheels. I have a friend with one.

 

Those are stock wheels.

I'd be worried about the fact that this guy doesn't know anything about the car. He might have picked it up at an auction and is trying to make a few bucks off a quick sale. Run a Carfax on the VIN just to cover your ***.
