Well, tomorrow the guy who I've been talking to the last couple days is coming to buy her tomorrow. I've only owned my car for a year, and just barley registered in december, but it seems like the car was a part of me. I hate our economy. Tuition prices have increased for me next semester and college is a necessity that I need paid off. Which then resulted in the selling of my car. It's going to be a long sad night....

i had my 8s replacement parked right next to it and i still hated to see her go. I feel your pain man. 8s have a way of getting into your soul...its not right for a car to do that. LOL

 

Next time someone asks for advice on "Buying an rx8 for college" et al., what would be your advice to them?

 

It's nothing to worry about. You graduate from college, get a job, make some good money, and buy another one... that's newer and better. Think longer term.

Man that sucks. I too have grown very attached to my 8 - Hopefully I'll never have to part with it but if that day should ever come i don't think i'd handle it well.

Definitely take her out on one last cruise and enjoy it as much as possible.

Then work your *** off in college and get a good paying job and either buy it back or buy a new one

I put on 200 miles and emptied a full gas tank before I sold my car. Hope to get one soon again.
