My Mazda Dealer SUCKS!!
well, not the dealer, just the service department. I have had two rather big problems so far, each within a month of each other. here goes....
1. I was in my home town, Rock Hill, SC, and needed an oil change, my car's first. well, i get my car back and my dad notices a good amount of oil on the garage floor. I think nothing about it, but as the days went by and i got back to Anderson, SC, where i live while i go to Clemson, and still there is oil leaking. So the next business day i go to Fairway Ford and Mazda of Anderson and have them look at it. It turns out that Team Mazda in Rock Hill FORGOT to put the little rubber gromet thing that goes around the oil plug. So Fairway fixed it for free for me. Point for them.
2. I had a blown speaker in my driver's side door. So i ordered the replacement speaker from Team Mazda in Rock Hill and THEY had to put it in, not me and definately not another Mazda Dealership, so i had to drive all the way back there and get them to put it in. Well, when i get my car back, i notice an unusual rattle every time i shut my door. so i check it out by knocking on it with my hand, both the doors. Well, the passenger side didn't rattle, but the driver's side, DAMN. there is enough space at the bottom rear of the panel to get my fingers in there, whereas the other side fits like it should, FLAT against the metal.
I am just SICK of that already and it is only two things. I will NEVER go back to the Rock Hill Mazda dealership for repair again. I mean shouldn't a MAZDA dealership be able to work on one of their own cars without screwing it up? has this happened to anyone else? ok, i got that out, i feel better. but never again will i go to that dealership for the crappy service work they provide.

The techs at Fairway Ford and Mazda here are very good too. i guess the ones in Rock Hill are just the "scrubs" of the service world.
And is there a thread that explains how to put a door panel on the RIGHT WAY?
