need a lil help please.
my car just got a new engine and has been sitting in the garage for the part 2 weeks waiting for the roads to get nice..during that time i put in a catch can and the mazmart waterpump along with the therma. after that job i started the car and everything was running goood with no weird noise or anything. now today i decide i want to go out and do a little break inspection along with swapin my wheels and i start the car and there is a weird ticking/clicking noise what sounds to be coming from the alternator i let the car warm up and the sound did not go away, when you give it a little gas the noise picks up and does not go away.. also my power steering light is on and the wheel is harder to turn.... also got two codes p0410 pcm and rke p0039

Ah... just wondering... why would you introduce more variables by wrenching on it and replacing parts just after you got the engine replaced?
Would it have made sense to make sure the replacement engine was broken in and running fine before doing any mods? Did you have to swap out those parts? Was the engine replaced by the dealership?

welll... i know does sound a little dumb but i had bought the water pump and told the dealership to put it in since its a good upgrade from the old stock on.. they didnt put it in and since i had time to till i could drive it and had these parts i thought id put them in and have everything ready for when it was time to drive....
anyways the noise stoped brom the alternator for the mean time...my power steering i found out was or is glitching out hopefully to the connectors since they prolly got some coolent on them when i did the water pump..
still getting the p0410 code..
also there is a spark arking from one of my spark plug wire to the engine ...whats causing this? lose wire or ??? did the dealership get the wireing wrong?

so i went in and cleaned all the connectors for the power steering and now i have full function of my steering again. the other codes have not came back after i reset them.... the ticking arcing noise was coming from the lose wire on one of the plugs witch i also fixed.....
