need pointer asap: coolant flush instructions/pics
hello all,
I was just about to go outside and flush the radiator fluid for my RX8 (as part of my DIY 30,000 mile maintence) and i hopped on here to print out the pictures ive seen before, and for the life of me and after 20 minutes of searching i couldnt find the thread that had pics and instructions on how to do it.
Is there anyone that could point me to a pic that shows me exactly what I need to do to flush the coolant in my car? reason I ask this in a hurry is because this is my last day at home with access to tools/ramps/help from my dad.
Thanks!
Jeff

When I did mine...I removed the lower rad hose ( or use the plug on lower right bottom of radiator...and the plug in the block...and drained it completely.....flushed it out with De-ionized water ( I have a filter ) and re-filled it with new anti-freeze mixture.......
It's not very complicated......you can get away with just a drain and a refill....

thank you -- i know enough to take the lower RAD hose off, but i need to know which plug in the block (maybe a picture with an arrow or something on it). Thanks in advance.
(i know there was a thread or site that had the perfect pictures but I cant find those for the life of me.
