ok i understand there are probably some threads on this already but does NOS **** up ur car? and what exactly can happen?, can you have NOS in an every day driver? THANKS TO ALL WHO HELP

 

Yes... you don't want to run it for too many seconds with the NOS.

Well it depends on what system you are talking about. I am assuming you mean injecting it into the intake. If thats the case here is your article:

There is also another application, where they put sprayers on the intercoolers for a turbo or super charger to help cool the air in the intercooler. This not only helps keep temps down, but it also increases air density.

any engine performance upgrade you do will degrade engine somewhat. Doesn't mean it's bad! Just, do it properly and do proper maintenance and it could last nearly as (or just as) long as any engine... Please though, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON THIS

I signed up for a season of autocross. It's a cheaper way to make me faster that will transfer between cars.

 

No the only nitrous system you would find on my car is to aid in the intercooler. I would not inject it into the intake.

 

so any tips for a cheap mod.

Depends what your goals are. I would assume you are referring to power mods. There's no magical solution...I mean no $100 mod that opens up 30 whp.

There are mods that are inexpensive that make you enjoy your car more, or make it at least feel faster.
