New coils, what part number?

ive just got my 8 and its done 31000 miles, now i believe this around the time the oem coils pack up. im faced with 2 options for replacements there is one set with the part number N3H1-18-100B-9U, which i believe to be the updated version. Now the other set is N3H1-18-100 which are the older set. The price difference between the 2 is quite high £210 for the newer and £140 for the older model. im curious as to whether there is any real difference between the two?
