Question New computer upgrade?
Just had my 8 in for a oil pan and inspection. The dealer said there was an upgraded computer program they put on it. Anyone know about this?

Just checked with the dealer. It is a computer update related to the oil light. I was certainly praying for more mpg!!

ya, I had my dealer complete the ecu flash last week and my mpg did not change any

mike did they tell you to bring it in or did you bring it in for something else and they did it while it was there.

I asked my dealer to research about a Mazda ECU upgrade and Wednesday I'll go there for their Dealership BBQ (it's free and I had no other plans..).

I'll post their answer then.
