new engine

I went to a mazda dealer, and got a compression test, well the engine needs to be replaced due to low compression in one of the rotors, and that is covered, but they said i needed to pay $365 to decarbonize the FIS, Ind, and T-BOdy in order to get the engine replaced, is this covered under the core warranty, why do i need to do this to get a new engine? and if needed, can this be done outside the dealership for a cheaper price? Also, they said the engine mounts, coils, and wires need to be changed, are any of these items covered under warranty as well?? I have an 05 rx8 manual 46,000 miles, any comments would help, I have searched for any information, with no concrete help

Why do you have 2 threads about new engines anyway? Do you need 2 answers for the same ones, lol. Anyway, there's a lot of engine informations on this site alone.
