^Zumn there not called Automatic...They have a paddle shift six-speed twin clutch gearbox. Which means you have to use the paddles to switch gear, therefore not automatic. Such as the new Ferrari 599 GTB, I have driven one and to get it to go, gotta press the right paddle to put it in first, second...and so on. And when parking, you hold both paddles back to put it in neutral, then pull up the ebrake. Therefore, it is not an Automatic!

oh and welcome to the forum!
Seriously, just buy this car and everything will work out
Thats what I did when I first got the car, so many things and problems went through my head before I bought it. Then when I did get the car, I was just so relaxed and amazed with it

Alright guys, I'm on the borderline here on the year to go with.
Great deals can be found on '06 and up to '08 for the most part around here. However I've read on another thread people are getting quotes from '09's around anywhere from 3-6k below MSRP? If so I might think of getting an '09 ONLY if I got a good quote below the MSRP as I don't want to pay near 30k for a GT trim. I'm already looking at a 4k hit from a trade-in plus a down payment of 2k to level it out somewhat.
I've read on how the improvements on the '09 are nice particularly in the engine bay, yet all the issues I've read on here seem to always occur to people who own ''04 & '05 models. Anyone have anything to say in regards to issues with the '06-'08? It seems the best thing to do if I get an '06-'08 would be to swap out the coils, ignition and spark plugs pronto along with a new 35R battery or something with more juice than what came with the car to make sure I have no issue with the common power loss, stalling, etc problems that partook on most issues here.
Looking for opinions here, fast, as I'm antsy to go ahead with visiting some potential dealers this weekend with the intention of not finishing the day without an RX8 in my parking zone.
