New member and soon to be Vendor
Hey guys, thought I would drop a line. I am a new member(sort of) and am working on getting my vendor account setup. I had an rx8 in 04, but sold it to buy a truck. Now I have an STI. Most of my knowledge is in Subaru's and my RX8 knowledge is a bit out of date. I am working on bringing my RX8 knowledge up to date. I am also working on seeing what works and what doesnt on the RX8. When I owned mine, the Canzoomer was the only aftermarket EM available, there were no real suspension options, nothing that really worked. Looking around now, I see tons of stuff available. I look forward to being back in the rx8 community, this time as a vendor and who knows, maybe ill pick up another one, the handling and transmission are the two things I miss about the car.

a vendor of aftermarket parts. if you all haven't noticed there is a large section at the top named vendor and sponsor classifieds were we can sell you parts.

what we're wondering is WHAT you will be vendoring. you make no mention of if what you intend to sell is.

aftermarket parts, pretty much what ever people want. I have access to several hundred manufacturers. If I dont carry something and if there is enough interest I will get access to what ever else people want. Suspension, engine, brakes, electronics, etc...

gotta wait till I get my vendor account setup before I can start selling publicly, although I can get everything you listed(gotta do some more checking for the mazdapseed body kit).

It's probably going to be hard for you to get much business here at first, seeing as you just joined, you have no rep around here. So if you start out with lower than normal prices, your rep with increase fast, and you will start getting more business, also, let us know more about your business, not just that you can sell every aftermarket part. Please be a little more specific.

I have no problem doing what I can with prices to get business and get my reputation up, but I am obviously not going to sell at a loss. Once I become a vendor I will start posting sale threads with specifics of what I can get for each area of the car, there is simply to much stuff to post a list in one thread about everything. My biggest goal right now is to get my name out and to prove to people the kind of customer service I can provide. My personal phone number will be posted up in all of my vendor posts so people can get ahold of me at any time. I am in the process of opening up a physical shop in Austin, TX. We are looking at getting an AWD dyno to tune on sometime this fall. There are two guys that do enginuity tuning that I am going to be working with at that time. Enginuity should have CAN flashing available soon which will really open up the market for open source tuning and the RX8 is on the list of cars we want to develop flash's for.
