KS "New" R3 just purchased

First week of ownership of a demo 4,750 miles aurora blue R3 -- mint condition. Got it for $24,998 from a dealer in Kansas City. First sports car in 21 years (daughter just celebrated her 21st birhtday -- no connection, of course.) Last sports car was a 1979 Rx-7, bought new, sold at 135,000 miles. That one was a fabulous car -- the R3 is even better.

Glad to be back in the rotary world.

Any pointers for a new / old owner?

I've never been ballsy enough to buy a demo car. Glad you got an R3 though! Hope it treats you well.

the engine burns a lot more oil than S1, so keep an eye on it especially when its half a quart down if you break hard the low oil light might come on.
get your self some oil cooler screen, the S2 has much bigger openings for the cooler which can be very bad if a rock hits the coolers. check my signature.

KS Run in the Sun

My wife and I took the new R3 out for a spin in the back roads near Plattte City, MO -- just a little spin -- 100 miles later, back home for supper -- awesome car!
